- Patient can log into their portal and start filling the forms
- Practice can use the below icons to click and fill the forms in the office (Red is not completed, Green is completed)
- Incomplete Patient forms reminder will follow up with patient to fill the forms before the appointment
- Insurance card can be uploaded by patient or by the practice user
- Manual notification for forms completion can be sent to the patient using 3 dots below
