Conversion Report:
Date Filter: Exam Date
Description: This report shows the number of exam appointments where treatment was recommended and the conversion rate of those patients to signed contracts.Columns: You can add or remove columns as needed to visualize and export
Regarding the calculation of the 30-day treatment recommended conversion (TRC), here’s how it works:
We only consider exams where treatment was recommended as our dataset.
Let's say 25 exams were completed in the last 30 days, and 20 of those were treatment recommended. In this scenario, those 20 treatment-recommended exams represent 100% of our starting point for conversion.
* If 5 of those 20 exams are converted within 30 days, the TRC 30 days would be 25%.
* If 10 of those 20 exams were converted within 60 days, the TRC 60 days would be 50%.
* If 15 of those 20 exams are converted within 90 days, the TRC 90 days would be 75%.
We calculate the conversion based on this method.

Description: This report displays appointment detail with last patient payments details
Missing In Action:
Description: This report displays patient missing for appointments, most importantly this report needs to be run along with patient status. Managing patient status is so critical managing patients in the PMS
Do Not Pursue:
Description: This report displays patient who are in DNP list and Decline treatment
Patient Status:
Description: This report shows patient status and their demographic details. If you see patients are not in the right status, please use the bulk comm to update patients status accordingly. OrthoPMS will be really effective if the patient status are managed properly in the system
Comprehensive Patient:
Description: This report shows you where and how your patients are doing in your practice. This report shows spectrum of patient information which can be useful to plan your marketing
Treatment Past Due:
Description: This report shows patients who are treatment past due, again patient status is highly critical to manage the treatment over due patients
Collection Report:
Detail Report:
Description: This report will show collection detail report for the date range selected
Daily Invoice:
Description: This report will show the invoice scheduled for the data range and will show the status of the invoice.
Day Summary:
Description: This report will show the collection summary of the patient and insurance
Wallet:
Description: This report will show the wallet transaction to avoid embezzlement
Refund:
Description: This report will show the patient and insurance refund again this can help avoid embezzlement
Contract:

Description: This report will show all the patient starts for the date range

Delinquent:
Description: This report will show the patient and insurance invoice which are delinquent as of today. Days past due definitely will show the health of the collection
ACH:
Description: This report will show the ACH payments scheduled and status
Balance Sheet:
Description: This report will show the balance sheet health as of that date.
Adjustment:
Description: This report will show the Adjustment happened for the date period and this will also can be used to find any wrong
Account Receivable:
Description: This report will show the AR for Patient and Insurance separately. This report is definitely show the collection health of the office by slicing the data between 0-30, 30-60, 60 -90 and 90+
Communication Report:
