Automate Observation Patients

Set up Followup:

Step 1 :

Using Media Campaign, please create multiple follow up templates for email/text follow up
You can design a plain rich text template and/or use image/audio/video/document

For example create below follow up templates:

Observation day 1 - email and text
Observation day 14 - email
Observation day 30 - email and text
Observation every 30 days after 3rd follow up - email only

Step 2:

Create an automatic follow up campaign using the above templates

Execute Follow up:

Step1:

Click Add Automate Followup

Step 2:

Select Observation & Recall patients
Select the Observation follow up campaign created in the previous step
Remember the first follow up will always be sent on the Startdate
My team can review your campaign if needed

Report:

Periodically check the report and see the user who has clicked on your email campaign
Follow up with the respective patient for recall appointment
