Creating Custom Referral Links for Office Online Scheduling

Below are the exact steps your team can follow to create custom tracking links (UTM URLs) for each referral source or campaign.


Base Referral URL

Step 1 – Start with “?”

Add a question mark (?) to begin adding tracking parameters:

Step 2 – Add Source (utm_source)

Use this to identify where the referral came from — e.g., a mall display, social post, or referring doctor.
