- Once patient contract is signed and the startdate is updated, invoice will be shown in the pending claims dashboard
- If the claim filing mode is manual, dashboard will show the claims which are due today and past due claims
- If the filing mode is auto, claim need to be submitted only once when the contract was started
- All the EDS & Payer rejections will be shown in the pending claims dashboard
- On the 3 dot actions, you can clone the previous claim or use new claim
- If the claim was manually submitted or directly through EDS portal, its necessary to mark the claims submitted
