We can create second contract to a patient in multiple ways but we recommend creating an phase2 exam appointment and recommend tx plan and sign contract
Create Contract Using Phase II Exam
- Create a new phase 2 exam for the patient using Schedule button
- New exam is shown on the portal
- Recommend Treatment Plan using Modify Exam update to Treatment Recommended
- Select Tx Plan button to navigate to recommend Tx plan and Sign Contract
Create Contract without Phase II Exam
Click on the Tx plan summary arrow
Create Tx plan
Sign Contract
