Contract Signed but No Start Date

If 'No' is selected, the office can enter the start date in the Tx card when both the patient and the office are ready.



With No start date claim will not show on the default pending claims view, we need to check Not Started Treatments


Once office enters startdate, claim is due to submit on the dashboard.


Insurance Invoice will be hidden until StartDate is entered

Enter StartDate after contract signed
