Active Service Contract:
Once contract is signed, system will automatically update the patient status to Active Service Contract
Retention
When patient status is updated to Retention, the treatment clock will stop and tx end date will be populated
Dismissed:
When patient status is updated to dismissed, the treatment clock will stop and tx end date will be populated
