- Always submit claims from the pending claims dashboard screen
- Use Generated Claims only for submitting Pre-auth claims and for Miscellaneous claims
- If the claims was submitted accidental through generated claims for the Invoice claims, please mark the claim successful from the 3 dots on the claims from the pending claim dashboard
